PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE CONFIRMING YOUR ORDER!

CUSTOM MADE ITEMS (FIGURE COMPETITION SUITS, POSING SUITS & CUSTOM MEN'S POSING TRUNKS)

These items are non refundable/exchangeable. Deposits are also non refundable, but will be turned into store credit when a suit is cancelled. Your satisfaction as a customer is extremely important to us and we are delighted to offer free alterations! IN STOCK ITEMS

For items that can be returned and/or exchanged you are required to notify Divas Fitwear within 10 days of your purchase by logging into your account dashboard and fill out a return request. You will be provided with a RA # that you must include on your return. You will also be provided with the address to send your return to. Your return must be received by us within 14 days of the receipt of return authorization in the orignal packaging with tags and without any signs of wear. Divas Fitwear is not responsible for the shipping charges incurred for the returned merchandise and you will not be refunded the original shipping cost of the order. For returns you can either choose another item, or we refund your purchase price minus the shipping charge by means the purchase was initially made.

We accept exchanges on shoes but all postage costs are for the purchaser, please follow the guidelines at the Pleaser section. You may only return shoes free of charge with full money back guarantee or exchange if they are defected from the manufacturer.

SHIPPING

DivasFitwear.com will process and ship your order within 24-48 hours. This is an approximate time frame, based on stock and quantity. If we receive your order over the weekend, the order will begin processing on the following Monday morning. Free Shipping within UK will be processed with Royal Mail or My Hermes, not insured and not trackable apart from competition bikinis which will automatically ship with a courier of our choice. Divas Fitwear does not accept responsability for parcels going missing if the FREE SHIPPING option is selected, or if the parcel has been sent out to the wrong address . We will ship out to the address you have entered at the time of your order. If you require parcel tracking please select the option 'Certified Mail/Certificado', and for a small fee we will ship your order with a courier and supply you with the tracking information.

SHOES:

All shoe orders will be processed within 3 business days of the date of purchase if they are in stock, otherwise allow 2 - 3 weeks for your shoes to arrive. You can follow the progress of your purchase in the 'My Account' section of our website which will be updated regularly. Once your order has been shipped it will take approximately 5-7 business days to reach you. Shoes are shipped separately from the apparel.

Divas Fitwear offers free shipping throughout the UK on all competition bikini orders with a tracked and insured courier company of our choice which is included in the purchase price. For all other items we offer free shipping by Royal Mail/My Hermes which are uninsured and non trackable. We will have a proof of postage avaiable upon request. With all other items there is the possibility to have your order shipped with certified shipping for a small fee. The option can be selected during the ordering process. Please be advised that International delivery will be between 8-21 business days from the shipment date unless it's a competition bikini which will arrive within 48hr after shipping.

Shipping fees do not cover duties/tariffs/brokerage fees/taxes. Buyer is solely responsible for those fees.

**Please be advised that the 8-21 days DOES NOT include any time that your country holds your package in customs. Depending on your country this could take additional time.
